Job
A job can be with a career path, or without one.
A career allows you to grow from a starting position to a leading one. Higher positions require time, age, work experience, education, connections, and a higher degree.
Non-career jobs don't have any requirements but don't allow a player to grow professionaly.
Business
Business can be small, mid-sized, or large:
- Small business is your personal gigs and freelancing
- Mid-sized business is an already established company, it costs 10 times more than small.
- Big business is a large-scale company that requires more money than mid-sized businesses.
The business has the highest ROI out of all possible ventures but requires the most of your time.
Real estate
Real estate can also be:
- Small – land lots, billboards, small houses
- Mid-sized – residential and commercial property 10 times more expensive than small
- Large – big-budget projects that cost more than mid-sized
Real estate has a moderate ROI but takes up little time.
Securities
Investing in securities means investing in stocks, open-end funds, precious metals, and cryptocurrency.
This market has a remarkably low ROI and high risks but doesn’t require any of your time.
